The novel "Interview By A Vampire" written by Anne Rice back in 1976. The novel sets in the perspective of the oldest known vampire named Louis de Pointe du Lac that settles in New Orleans and is in a relationship with an evil French man who is a well established and experienced vampire. This novel series given that the only well known novels about vampires were Salem's Lot and Dracula. It also became a movie that was released in 1994 starring Brad Pitt, Kirsten Dunst and Tom Cruise and then a series of two seasons back in 2022 starring Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson and Bailey Bass.
