New York, Specifically Broadway, is significant to the film Frankenstein because it is where one of the actors, Dwight Frye who plays fritz, started gaining popularity and success from acting on stage. I found this information from a Jounral entry from a website called Live Journal, from an account called "vintage_gold". This source is an example of low barriers to entry because anyone can create an account and start writing jounral entries for people to see. On top of that, others can comment and react to the journal entry itself. Mapping this location on Cove adds a grassroots layer to a story because it gives insight to one of the actors behind an important character in the film Frankenstein.
