Folio 3

Folio 3 contains a full page (p.3) from the Blackwood's 1889 printing glued down onto a notebook page. Wilde's annotations are both on the Blackwood's page and run off into the margins of the notebook. Note that because Blackwood's printed on both recto and verso sides, Wilde would have had to have used at least two copies of Blackwood's in order to paste the next full page (p. 4) into his notebook face-up.
