Founded by politician George Wyndham, The Outlook was a London based, political magazine that ran from 1898-1928. John L. Balderston was the editor for the magazine for 3 years (1920-1923). The Outlook also published content that wasn't political, including book reviews and reviews of other entertainment. I was able to find my information through IMDB, The Wikipedia page for John L. Balderston, and a fan blog about Frankenstein talking specifically about the life of Balderston. This is an example of low barriers to entry because a lot of the sources I found were by people who didn't have archive the information. They went out of their way to make sure that people like us could find the information and continue to document it. Mapping this location on COVE lets future students build on what I found.
