Rediscovery of Leonardo da Vinci's Notebook

In 1957, Italian historian, Carlo Pedretti, rediscovered Leonardo da Vinci’s notebook.  The notebook included the notes and sketches for da Vinci’s anatomical research and many mechanical designs, including the mechanical knight.
