Description:
The Cruelty to Animals Act was introduced in 1976 of August. This act set limits on the practice of animals, allowing the animals to be experimented legally. Galavanism was discovered by experimenting animals through the use of electricity which gave the spark of "life". The use of the animals were unfair but some authors like Mary Shelley used galvanism to create realism in one of her stories. After the use of Galvanism, the act had arisen to be certain that animals were experimented on fairly.
