The Fallen Woman The fallen woman is another name for a woman who has lost her innocence and no longer has God's grace, or fallen from his grace. This can also be correlated to the misstresses tht were portrayed in the paintings. |

Pre Raphaelite Woman Most of the woman that were portrayed in paintings were based off of mistresses who modeled for them. These artist wanted to put an emphasis on color and materality to portray a sense of confidence. |
