Jack the Ripper

Description:

Jack the Ripper was a serial killer who murdered and completely disfigured five prostitute women in London between August-November 1888. The way he murdered the women was unique for one to witness, which indicated that he was educated on human anatomy.  The unidentified killer wrote several letters sent to the London Metropolitan Police Service that mocked the horrific acts he inflicted on the vulnerable women. His act of terror signifies the  context of morality, which is also significantly shown in “The Body Snatchers” where these men are resurrecting dead bodies, even killing people who were recently alive to financially gain from selling their body. There is a sense that these men are not men of God and possess no virtue of right or wrong. They find justification in their evil acts, and do not show remorse.
