Leadenhall Street is a road in the City of London, England that links Cornhill and Bishopsgate to St. Botolph Street and Aldgate. It was the site of the Leadenhall Street Mosaic, a Roman mosaic that was discovered during the construction of the East India Company headquarters. The mosaic’s sections were moved to the British Museum in 1880. Today, the street is the site of the headquarters of companies like Lloyd’s of London and a number of insurance firms.
