Liberty is high-end department store in Great Marlborough Street in London. The store was founded in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby Libery, and it sells luxury clothes, accessories, and homewares. The first smalls shop opened at 218 Regent Street and later moved to 142-144 Regent Street in 1885. The original shop specialized in Oriental goods such as Indian silks and Japense objets d’art.
