Zambezi River

The Zambezi River is an east-flowing river in Africa that empties into the Indian Ocean. It is the fourth-longest river in Africa. It touches Zambia, Angola, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Its most noted feature is Victoria Falls. The river also provides hydroelectric power at various dams. Explorer David Livingstone reached the Zambezi in 1853.
