Pencarrow Head, often just called Pencarrow, is located in Wellington, New Zealand. It marks the end of Fitzroy Bay and features the Pencarrow Lighthouse, New Zealand’s first permanent lighthouse (1859). New Zealand’s only female lightkeeper, Mary Bennet, worked here.
