Located about 50 miles north of London, Cambridge is a university town located in Cambridgeshire on the River Cam. The University of Cambridge is located here, having been founded in 1209. The town is dominated by the university’s many buildings. It is the site of the first game of association football, and it annually hosts the Strawberry Fair music and arts festival.
