The Seiltz family originated in Germany and came the United States in the 1880’s. Ida Seiltz was born in 1888 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was the 10^th of 11 children born to her parents. She moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she met Joe Allen; they moved together to California and had a son, Loren Allen, who had a daughter, Emily Allen, who had a son, Lorenzo Allen-Felluga.
