Mahinda Buddhist College

Mahinda College is a Buddhist boys’ school located in Galle, Sri Lanka, established in 1892 by the Buddhist Theosophical Society. Colonel Henry Steel Olcott founded the school. Currently, it provides primary and secondary education for thirteen grade levels. The school is famous for its annual cricket match, dubbed the Lovers’ Quarrel, against local rival Richmond College.
