The Theatre Royal, Newcastle, is the nineteenth-century theatre in the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the northwest of England. It opened in its current location on Grey Street in 1837; the original Theatre Royal had been located on Mosley Street since 1788, but was demolished to make way for city redevelopment.
