Romano's Restaurant

Romano’s was a restaurant located at 400 Strand, in the City of Westminster, London, England. It was founded by a Mr. Romano (nicknamed “The Roman”), an Italian, but served French food. Patrons included the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII). It was bombed during the Blitz in World War II.
