The Strand is a thoroughfare in Westminster in Central London, stretching from Trafalgar Square to Temple Bar, the boundary of the City of London. From the Middle Ages, it was home to several noble residences, including Somerset House. It is now home to several theatres including the Savoy and the Vaudeville. King’s College London also has a campus on the Strand.
