Torquay

Torquay is a seaside town located in Devon, England. It is near Plymouth, Brixham, and Paignton. Though originally the town’s economy depended on agriculture and fishing, it became a seaside resort town in the nineteenth century and earned the nickname the “English Riviera.” Noted mystery novelist Agatha Christie was born here.
