Winchester, England

Jane Austen moved to the town of Winchester which is about 17 miles away from her home in Chawton, with her siblings Cassandra and Henry. She was in search of medical treatment for an illness that she had been dealing with for over a year, but she ended up passing away in Winchester on July, 18, 1817. She was buried in the north aisle of Winchester Cathedral, and can still be visited today.
