Andrew Hewitt

I did my first degree (1986) in English and HIstory at Bishop's University, Quebec, Canada, and an Affiliated BA in English (1989) at Jesus College, Cambridge. I have published papers and reviews on Hardy, Conrad, Trollope, and Richard Jefferies in the Thomas Hardy JournalVictorian Popular Fictions JournalModern Language Review, and other publications. I work for Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the publishing and educational assessment division of the University of Cambridge. I completed my PhD on Thomas Hardy and affect theory at the University of Hull in 2020. I'm the Digital Representative for the British Association for Victorian Studies (BAVS).
