The original illustration of Goblin Market was illustrated by Rosseti's brother , Dante Gabriel Rosseti. "Rackham seems to be responding to the popular reading of the poem as a tale of the loss of sexual innocence." Since the illustrations were made during the 20th century the figures are a little bit mor4e detailed and you can see how he recreates the fairytale like characters.
