L302 English Lit Survey 2 Spring 2022 Dashboard

Description

FROM BROWNING to BRITNEY SPEARS: Brit Lit isn't just musty books and old dead white guys anymore. In this course, we will explore the ways in which British literature from 1800 to the present informs our current conceptions of politics, religion, gender, race, sexuality, and technology. By focusing on the themes that transcend time and nation, we will investigate the historical origins of the social problems that pervade our modern discourse.

This course has been redesigned to take advantage of new digital technologies that will enable digital projects, collaborative online adaptation, and innovative reading practices.
