The transcendentalist movement is a historical advancement that led to widespread unity of the American people in the 19th century. This movement is attributed to creating safer work environments, greater equal rights for women, and several other liberating idealologies. Many infamous american writers such as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, and Nathaniel Hawthrone are among the transcendatalists who found inspiration in this movement and used it to produce their astonishing literary works.
