As I have been reading a Bleak House, I have found myself taking more notes as I am reading to refer back to what is going on in each chapter. This process has made me spend more time looking into what is going on in the novel and with Charles Dickens writing. Some difficulties that I have encountered is finding specific information that talks about education during this time. Throughout the entire novel, it has been fascinating reading about the different lifestyles in life choices that the characters choose to make. I am highly intrigued by the way the higher class treats the lower class. The higher classes look to the lower classes as their charity case, but they only want to help them because it makes them look and feel better. It is not out of the kindness of their heart, which is something I wish it were. Reading the novel and looking up information specific to this time. It has made me more invested in the novel in certain aspects because I pay more attention to the characters' religion and educational side. I am intrigued by their backgrounds and their knowledge.
