The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Olaudah Equiano | Map

This map represents the myriad places author Olaudah Equiano mentions in his The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Olaudah Equiano.

Equiano was born in c. 1745 in the Kingdom of Benin (present-day southern Nigeria) and enslaved when he was a child. He purchased his freedom in 1766. He passed away in 1797 in Westminster, England.
