England (“Colonization”)

The earliest indication of human arrival in England occurred 900,000 years ago known as the time period of prehistory, which lasts till the Roman Invasion of AD 43. In AD 43 a full scale invasion of England was undertaken by the Roman Empire, who stayed in Britain for 4 centuries. The dark ages brought in the Englands identity and language as a kingdom. Moving through the centuries the British Empire took control in the Georgian era (the 1700s) along with becoming the world's first industrialized nation. The empire grew and consisted of colonies, dominions, protectorates, mandates, and other territories ruled by Britain across the world. Today the population of England reaches 55 million.
