Likely HM Prison Portland, a prison in The Grove on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, England. The prison was opened in 1848 as an adult convict prison. Convicts constructed and laboured at the man-made port, Portland Harbour, and the site was a tourist attraction for Victorian visitors. It later became a Borstal (youth detention centre) in 1921 and is currently used for both adult and youth offenders.
