Hungerford Market was a produce market at Charing Cross, on the Strand, in the City of Westminster, UK. The original market building was constructed in 1682 and replaced in 1832. The market was severely damaged when the adjoining lecture theatre, Hungerford Hall, burned down in 1854. In 1864, Charing Cross railway station was opened on the site of the market.
