J.K. Rowling.

Jo believed herself to be a bookworm especially because of how she looked like as a child. Her cheeks were freckled, and she often wore prescribed glasses. It is known that Jo lived for books since the age of five since she was so fascinated by them and the stories they toldHer first story was written at the age of six, 1971, and it was called "Rabbit" (“J.K. Rowling Biography”). It is said that she also penned numerous other stories as she continued to grow, including a novel at the age of eleven, 1976. This novel was about seven cursed diamonds and the people that owned them (“J.K. Rowling.”). There were many happy memories that were noted when looking back at Joanne’s youth; however, there are some upsetting one's as well. Unfortunately, Joanne's mother, Annewas diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when she was a teenager, 1982. It is said that her teen years were lived unhappily due to her mother’s illness since it caused a strain on the relationship with her father ("Childhood and Family").
