Lake Bangweulu in Zambia is one of the world’s great wetland systems, comprised of Lake Bangweulu, the Bangweulu Swamps, and the Bangweulu Flats or floodplain. David Livingstone died in Ilala, a village southeast of Lake Bangweulu.
