Valtetsi, Greece is significant to Frankenstein because Jack Pierce, the make-up artist, was born here and immigrated to America is 1908. I found this information from Wikipedia, which is a controlled fan wiki site. This source is an example of controlled low barrier entry because anyone can edit the information to a factual extent, but any false information will be taken down. Mapping this location on COVE adds a grassroots layer because he known as the "Forgotten Make-up Artist", but this can help people see his history and heritage before the film.
