Baron Omasturi

The Main character, Luffy, who is usually a very positive and warm character is witnessing the person who welcomed him to an island for the sake of relaxation sprout a monstrous plant from his body which contains the bodies of his crewmates. This is the first time in the show that we have seen such despair on Luffy's face. The atmosphere and background of this scene is gothic, the darkness, red and the sharp notes hit when this reveal is shown.
