Gwalior

Gwalior is the northern-most city in the state of Madhya Pradesh, central India. It occupies a strategic military location in the Gird region. It was the administrative headquarters of the Gwalior Princely State until the Indian Independence (1947). Gwalior was a site of major conflict in 1857 during the Indian Uprising.
