Oriel College, located in Oriel Square, is a college of the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. Founded in 1326, the original medieval foundations were set up by Adam de Brome, under the patronage of Edward II, and was called the House or Hall of the Blessed Mary at Oxford. Two of its Fellows, John Keble and John Henry Newman, were founding members of the Oxford Movement.
