Chatsworth House

The Chatsworth House in Derbyshire is significant to Jane Eyre (2011) because Chatsworth is used as the setting for when Jane and Rochester first meet. I found this information on a blog called Location Hub. This source is an example of peer mentorship because people who read this blog can comment and add their own thoughts at the end of the blog. Mapping Chatsworth House on COVE makes it a visible place that a “gatekeeper” platform might otherwise bury. This is important because viewers might not realize that Chatsworth House was used for in scenes that were supposed to be filmed at Thornfield Hall (Haddon Hall).
