Soho Square

Located in Soho London, Soho Square is a garden square and was originally built in the late 1670s and named King’s Square for King Charles II, a statue of whom has stood in the square since 1681 (except from 1875–1938). Many accomplished artists have resided here, creating a legacy of creative and philanthropic occupants including 20^th Century Fox, Dolby Europe Ltd., and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, which provides notable outreach for the homeless. In Charles Dickens’s A Tale of Two Cities, Lucie and her father, Doctor Manette, live in Soho Square.
