Odisha

Odisha (formerly known as Orissa) is a state in eastern India, located on the Bay of Bengal. Its capital is Bhubaneswar. In 1866, the region was struck by the Orissa Famine, which is estimated to have caused 1 million deaths.

Ahmednagar

Ahmednagar is a city in the state of Maharashtra in western India. It is home to Ahmednagar Fort, where Indian nationalists including Jawaharlal Nehru were imprisoned prior to Indian independence.

Pune (formerly known as Poona) is a city located on the Mutha river in the state of Maharashtra in western India. In the eighteenth century, the city was a political center, as it was the seat of the Peshwas, prime ministers of the Maratha Empire.
