Sussex is a county that covers the southeastern part of England; south of London to be more exact (“Sussex”). Additionally, Sussex at this current time is divided into three administrative counties: East Sussex, West Sussex, as well as Brighton and Hove (“Sussex”). During the regency period, this was a popular place for the wealthy and elite to gather during the Winter as it was known for its Debutant Balls.
