Priyanka Jacob at Loyola University, Chicago and Rebecca Nesvet at the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay linked their classes using COVE's anthology-builder so that both classes could annotate Mary Seacole's Wonderful Adventures of Mrs. Seacole in Many Lands together (Fall 2020). 

Jerome Wynter used COVE annotation tools for a course on Postcolonial Literatures in English at Hunter College (Spring 2020).

April Patrick used the COVE anthology-builder to provide texts for her course at Fairleigh Dickinson University (Fall 2020).

Brian Glover used COVE's anthology-builder for annotation of Romantic texts in a class at East Carolina University (Spring 2019).

At Daemen College, Nancy Cantwell used COVE tools over Fall 2020 to  build a gallery exhibit on illustrations for Frankenstein.
