What can I do at COVE Editions?
Gwenael earned his Bachelor’s degree and his Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from Sorbonne University. Now a PhD student in Comparative Literature at Purdue University, he works on French, British and Spanish novels of the seventeenth and eighteenth-century with a particular focus on histoires comiques, on baroque, allegorical, satirical novels, and on novels influenced by the picaresque and François Rabelais. While he is mainly interested in poetics, rhetoric, philosophy, truth, and modes of thought, he is also curious about history and sociology.
